Digg publishes dubious infographic on sleep state

Admittedly, Digg hasn’t ever been our first stop for news of any kind, let alone hard-hitting infographics.

But after the news aggregator that bills itself as “what the internet is talking about now” published their infographic detailing various states of sleep, we can’t help but feel our trust vanishing.

The graphic shows a blue cartoon person in various positions during a single night of sleep. Hour to hour, the person’s Z’s vary between light, heavy, and, apparently, sleepwalking level.

See for yourself at the link above. Maybe it’s just us, but we don’t think the National Sleep Foundation will be using the infographic anytime soon.
